KDoubles Take: My take on the WWE Fast Lane PPV…

In years past this time was reserved for the Elimination Chamber PPV. In this event there would be 6 participants that would compete for either a number one contender ship or for one of the 2 heavyweight championships in the WWE at the time. Now is a new day though and today we hop in the Fast Lane, this Sunday the WWE will put on another PPV with no WHC match. It will open with a segment of Miz TV featuring Paul Heyman and when you get Paul on the mike you know that it will be classic. You will also have the Sting vs HHH segment thrown in there somewhere and I do believe that will be worth the price of admission ($9.99 with the WWE network). The tag champs will be defending against the team of Cesaro and Kidd, a match that I expect the champs to lose. The Divas title will be defended by Nikki Bella and I believe that she will drop it to the young Diva Paige. Finally we have the IC title the I expect to change hand as it makes sense for Dean to bring home the gold at this point. The match between the dust brothers leaves me to not really care who wins, but I expect it to be Stardust as his brother is expected to retire this year. Finally you have the 6 man tag match that I fully expect the faces to get the win and get over today…

US Title Match: © Rusev w/lana vs. John Cena : Now this one is a hard one to guess how it’s going to turn out, Cena should win because he is the true face of the company and the star that I always felt had enough juice to be given the clean win over Rusev. Now in recent weeks I have began to take a different look at it and im now thinking that it may be best for Rusev to somehow keep the streak and the title here and have him lose it at Mania. So as far as I’m concerned Rusev should win this match via DQ or something like that…

#1 Contenders Match for the WWE WHC: Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan: This match is a little more predictable, im pretty sure that Reigns will get his shot at the WHC at WM31. So with that being said it will be how he wins this match that will determine whether he goes into Mania as a heel or as a not so over face. The latter of these two results is the least likely in my opinion, reigns is already hated by so many for winning the Royal Rumble why not just take advantage of the heat and push him to being a heel. But alas all of us will have to wait until later tonight to see who will be in the main event at WM31!!...
